Your data
Delete your account
You can delete your Snapquo account and everything in it at any time. Here is how, and exactly what happens.
Delete it yourself, in the app
This is the fastest route and it takes effect immediately.
- On your phone: open Snapquo, go to More, then Delete account under Danger zone.
- On the web: sign in at https://app.snapquo.com, go to Settings, then Delete account.
Or ask us to do it
If you cannot get into your account, email support@snapquo.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject Delete my account. We will confirm it is you, delete everything, and email you when it is done. Expect this within 30 days, and usually within a few working days.
What gets deleted
Everything, permanently. We cannot recover it afterwards, so export anything you need first.
- Your login and your business profile, branding and settings
- Every quote and invoice you have created, and their line items
- Your customers, price book and notes
- Your payment records, notifications and follow-up reminders
- Images you uploaded, such as your logo and job photos
What happens to your subscription
This depends on where you subscribed, and it matters, because getting it wrong means you keep paying for an account that no longer exists.
- Subscribed on the web: we cancel it as part of the deletion. Nothing further to do.
- Subscribed in the iPhone app: Apple bills you directly, and Apple gives us no way to cancel on your behalf. Deleting your account does not stop it. Cancel it yourself in Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions, ideally before you delete your account.
- Subscribed in the Android app: Google Play bills you directly. Cancel it in the Google Play Store app, under your profile icon, then Payments and subscriptions.
We email you these instructions when you delete your account, and we keep a record that your subscription was still running so we can help if you are charged after cancelling. If that happens, email support@snapquo.com.
What we keep, and for how long
Payments you have taken through Stripe stay with Stripe, who are a separate data controller and keep transaction records to meet their own legal obligations. Where the law requires us to keep financial records, we retain the minimum needed for as long as it requires, and nothing more. See our Privacy Policy for the detail.
